GENERAL SCHOOL RULES

We are pleased to communicate you (the Rules and Regulations of the school) for your convenience and strict adherence as well:

  1. Fee challan will be issued and delivered to the students on 1st of each month (or as suitable by the management) and at least ten days will be given for deposit of monthly fee.
  2. If monthly fee is not deposited within due date then a fine of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten) per day will be charged
  3. If the school dues alongwith fine is not paid during the running month, Rs. 250/- will be charged with the next month dues.
  4. Re-admission of any student will depend on the discretion of School Administration.
  5. Punctuality and regularity of students will be strictly observed. In case of late arrival of a student –late arrival above than 15 minutes will be considered as “absent”.
  6. All types of leaves will be granted through written application in advance (in genuine cases school Administration reserves the right to grant ex-post-facto leave). Otherwise, absence will be marked. In Class VIII, IX and X (only) Absence fine Rs.10/-per day will be charged.
  7. Without any information absence of more than 10 days will result into cancellation of admission and forfeiture of security (if any) automatically.
  8. a) Un-necessary or too much absence and especially late arrival of the students cause them to become less efficient and lethargic in academics and damage their personality also. Therefore, parents are requested to send their child/ children to school on regular basis and make sure to drop them well in time at school i.e. before the (Morning Assembly) bell.
  9. b) In case of absence, parents are requested to drop a written application duly signed by them at school.
  10. Voluntary Withdrawal: If any parents want to withdraw their child due to any reason, notice (written application) before the generation of fee Voucher of next month is necessary: otherwise, the security (if any) will be forfeited or fee for the month will have to be paid.
  11. Without prior information from parents, students are not allowed to go home before off time.
  12. Parents must ensure that their child must not drive motor bike without driving license and helmet.
  13. Fee structure will be revised in the month of September or October every year (if necessary).
  14. Expulsion – School Management (Director / Principal) reserves the exclusive right of cancellation of admission/ expulsion of any student on the following grounds:
  15. a) If monthly tuition fee along with fine, (if any) is not deposited within two months of issuance of the first fee voucher.
  16. b) If the student is absent from school for more than 10 days without prior notice (application).
  17. c) If the student is guilty of misconduct amounting to disturbance in school discipline.
  18. d) If a student is involved in any drug activity (cigarette, vape etc) or in fight/ abuse, the school will take up the matter in the disciplinary committee and the committee has the exclusive right to recommend withdrawal from school which cannot be challenged in any court of law.
